Riflesmithing: A Comprehensive Guide by Lewis Potter is a book worth having if one plans to do some work with a rifle. First couple of chapters is an introduction and some basic information about barrels, bullets, cartridges and types of rifles followed by a list of basic tools and equipment used in a riflesmith’s workshop. Following chapters are more serious covering barrel and action work including threading for moderators, trigger work etc. There are some detailed instruction how to get on with mounting scopes and woodwork. All and all good book and useful information.
